Please note that patients cannot be admitted or discharged between 12:30 and 1:30 p.m. Monday through Friday due to limited staffing during that time period. Directions: From Poulsbo/Silverdale/ Bremerton/Gorst – Take HWY 3 to HWY 16 heading toward Tacoma. Exit to the right on Tremont exit. Turn right onto Tremont Road. Turn left on Bethel Road. Turn left into the first driveway on the left after Puerta Vallarta restaurant. From Gig Harbor/Olalla/Port Orchard – Take HWY 16 going to Gorst. Exit to the right on Tremont Street.
